Hello Hooked in2 Hockey Families,
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a fantastic start to 2024.
Winter sports are starting up which means we are ready to get into Hockey!
What I know so far
TRAINING:
Trainings in 2023 were on Wednesdays as follows. This will be confirmed for 2024 as soon as we know the times from SCHA.
U8 - 3.45-4.30pm
U10 - 4 pm - 5 pm
U12 - 4 pm - 5 pm
All on the grass fields at Ballinger Rd.
We do not train over school holidays.
COME & TRY:
We will run a come & try a session, so your child can try hockey for free using our equipment prior to registering. This will be run over the first two training sessions - dates to be confirmed.
GAMES:
U8 1/8 field and U10 1/4 fields - Friday night
H2H games are usually Friday 5 pm - 6.30 pm on the turf at Ballinger Rd (pending how many teams are registered with SCHA)
Age Groups:
Ages are based on the Age as at 31/12/2024
U8 - born since 01/01/2016
U10 - born 2014 & 2015
Registration:
Is now open at https://www.brhc.com.au/registration/

Buderim Rebels - TBC ($40 in 2022)

You will also need to have
- Black shorts or skirt
- Black Socks
- Playing shirt -> provided by club
- Hockey Stick
- Shin Pads
- MouthGuard
We do have a stick pack available for purchase which includes a stick, ball & shin pads. The cost is $30, you can buy them here.
